Importance of Exercise- Part 2

I want to convince any of you who are having trouble getting excited and motivated to exercise why it is so important. Not just important to how you look but how you feel!

-Regular exercise increased endurance and conditions your heart muscles to beat more efficiently.

- Exercise helps reduce cancer risk-  http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/healthyliving.html

-Increase exercise is typically joined by better eating habits which helps achieve more energy and better health overall.

-Your skin and hair will have an improved appearance because all of your systems will be working more efficiently and hopefully you’ll be better hydrated.

-Most importantly…you’ll just FEEL BETTER, mentally and physically. Endorphins from increased heart conditioning will improve your mood, your memory and your muscle tone and cardio conditioning with keep you feeling stronger and full of viger!
