Did you know that air-dryers at your gym can promote germs?
According to the Journal of Applied Microbiology, rubbing your hands together under air-dryers can actually release germs. Washing your hands with soap and water is still the best way to keep germs at bay, http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/germsandhygiene.html ,, but try wiping your hands on paper disposable towel, or use your gym towel . I know how does that make sense? But the study says you will release less germs from your sweaty towel then rubbing them together under air-dryers.
